About Us
Doza Sports creates high-quality sports experiences for young children by combining professional soccer instruction with developmentally informed teaching practices.
Founded by a New York City public school teacher with over 14 years of classroom experience, Doza Sports was built on the belief that early sports experiences should support the whole child—not just athletic skills, but also confidence, teamwork, and emotional development.
With a background that includes Division I college soccer, semi-professional play, and international competition, Doza Sports brings professional-level soccer knowledge into environments that are structured, supportive, and appropriate for young learners.
What makes Doza Sports unique is its commitment to small-group instruction and intentional coaching. Every class is led directly by the founder and capped at 10 children or fewer, allowing each child to receive individualized attention while learning to collaborate and grow as part of a team.
